Our 6-Step Methodology:

1. Discovery: We map your vision, guest expectations, budget allocations, and cultural milestones into a cohesive project brief.
2. Design & Scenography: We develop custom mood boards, 3D spatial renders, color theories, and architectural lighting plans tailored to your venue.
3. Planning & Procurement: We negotiate vendor contracts, establish milestone schedules, and coordinate guest logistics and room assignments.
4. Coordination & Flowcharts: Regular check-ins and the drafting of a master cue-to-cue run-of-show coordinating all sound, lighting, and hospitality cues.
5. On-Ground Execution: Our seasoned event directors manage rehearsals, vendor load-ins, bridal cues, and live guest assistance with military precision.
6. Closing & Aftercare: Reconciling accounts, managing luggage transfers, and bidding a heartfelt goodbye to your loved ones.
