Terms & Conditions

• 50% advance for finalising the deal
• 90% before 1 month of event date
• 100% before 1 week of event date

GST will be charged as may be applicable at the time of billing.

• 50% advance for booking singer or any other entertainment artist ( Non refundable Or Non Adjustable )

If any additional services or expenses incurred post signing the contract, its amount
needs to paid within 1 week of event completion date.

• Valiant would require atleast 18 to 20 hours for a setup. Timing may increase based on the scale of the setup.
• Any additions would only be possible based on availability of resources and time, additional elements would be charged extra as per actual.

• RSVP can be started after finalising the deal, but dedicated member will be provided for your project during event dates only.
  RSVP process includes 2 rounds with 4 working days for each guestlist , more than 2 rounds would be possible based on availability and will be charged extra.
• Late availability of rooms from hotel/resort, changes in room category and facilities will not
  be Valiant Event’s responsibility.

• Client Servicing Members(Shadows) will be provided to client as per the proposal and for event dates only.
• Loading & unloading of goods, ironing, cleaning, serving food wouldn’t be valiant team responsibility.

• Vendors suggested & booked by Valiant will only be Valiant’s responsibility.
• Vendors booked by client wouldn’t be Valiant’s responsibility, only coordination will be done with them.

• Singer’s performance timing will be for 90 mins. Post timing performance depends on singer’s discretion.
• Non performance of artist because of guest’s misbehaviour wouldn’t be Valiant’s responsibility.

• Valiant wouldn’t be responsible for Hotel/Resort/Caterer’s service and team member wouldn’t provide any type of food service.

Weather contingency: Cost of weather contingency is NOT inclusive of the quote. Similarly, when delays or changes occur due to circumstances outside the Event Manager’s control, an additional amount for the extra time & resources involved will be charged in addition to the charges incurred before delay/changes.

• The management shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by an act of God, nature or accident or failure of any services which are beyond the control of the management.
• Cancellation from client before event dates in any circumstances would incur 50% of management fees and all expenses.
• No refund or adjustment of the amount of services or booking amount of any artist or services would be possible in case of cancellation or date changes of event in any circumstances.

• The client is responsible for ensuring all payments are made in accordance with these terms.
• The client agrees to cover any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency exchange costs related to the payment.

• All payment details and financial transactions are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are not shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

• The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing prior to their implementation.

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation at Rajkot, Gujarat, India
• If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India
• All terms & conditions will be deemed to be agreed and accepted once the job is executed and shall be binding on you even if you fail to sign on the relevant quotation and/or agreement prior to the Event Date. Any dispute or changes will have to be made with signed amendments prior to the commencement of the Event.
